In Ages Past…

Before I was a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Instructor I was a personal trainer and fitness center manager. I have over 25 years of health and fitness experience. I have helped hundreds, if not thousands of people achieve their health and fitness goals. I still offer these services to people who need them. I specialize in Weight Loss, Functional Training, Suspension Training, Shoulder Rehabilitation, Sports Performance, Kettlebell Training, in addition to the general stuff.

How it works…

It starts by figuring out where you want to train. At home, at your gym, or at my BJJ school. If we are meeting at a fitness facility I will call ahead and make arrangements with the manager. Following that we will book a complimentary fitness consult. This will be my chance to find out what help you are looking for, if I can help, check your medical history, and assess your current fitness level. After that we can decide on a schedule and pricing plan that suits your goals.
